Problem & Solution

My company is a learning solutions agency that provides blended or online learning for corporations and non-governmental organizations. Due to the pandemic, there has been a significant increase in demand for online courses. As a result, we have had to recruit many new learning designers since the start of the pandemic. However, our team’s workload is huge, which limits the time we have for offline training of new employees.

The problem is that many new instructional designers are not aware of copyright laws when creating courses, which can lead to severe consequences for the company, such as lawsuits and harsh penalties.

To address this issue, we plan to create an online course called “Copyright for Course Creators,” which will provide essential information about copyright laws and how to avoid copyright infringement when creating courses.”

Sample of The course

The structure of the course consists of five main parts:

1. Cover page

2. Course introduction

3. Module 1: Copyright and copyright infringement

4. Module 2: How to avoid copyright infringement

5. Exit ticket

The content of this course is derived from the copyright laws of the United States.

In the sample content below, I have provided an illustration of parts 1, 2, and 3. Please click the “Start Course” button to experience the sample.”
